What is EvoluaFit?
EvoluaFit (also written Evolua Fit or evolua.fit) is an app for body assessment and progress tracking. You log measurements, skinfolds, weight and standardised photos; the app builds your timeline, calculates body composition and uses artificial intelligence to explain what changed between one assessment and the next.
Is EvoluaFit free?
Yes. Creating an account, logging assessments, using the timeline, the ten calculators, the GLP-1 panel and the goals costs nothing. The Premium plan — which unlocks the AI hub, the unlimited gallery, full postural analysis and PDF reports — comes with a 3-day free trial and can be cancelled at any time.
Which devices does EvoluaFit work on?
The app is currently available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store. The Android version is in preparation and the web dashboard for personal trainers is being built on this same domain.
Are my photos and measurements private?
They are. Your photos and measurements are visible only to you and, if you explicitly authorise it, to the personal trainer you linked. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and postural analysis runs on your own device without sending the image to any server.
How does EvoluaFit calculate body fat percentage?
Using the classic skinfold formulas and circumference-based estimates, always showing which protocol produced each result. It is a tracking estimate, not an imaging exam: the value is there to measure the trend over time, which is exactly why the app insists on standardising how you measure.
How do I delete my account and my data?
You can delete straight from the app, in Settings, or from this page: sign in with the same account you use in EvoluaFit and confirm the deletion. The data is permanently erased and the sign-in account ceases to exist. Before deleting, cancel your subscription in the store where you bought it.
Does EvoluaFit replace a doctor, nutritionist or trainer?
No. The app is a logging and educational support tool. No number, chart or AI-generated text in EvoluaFit is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan. Decisions about health, diet, medication and training belong to the professional looking after you.
Is it useful for personal trainers following clients?
Yes. In Personal Trainer mode you link clients by QR code — always with the client's consent —, log in-person assessments on your own device, follow your client roster and generate PDF progress reports for each of them.
Which languages is the app available in?
Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German, detected automatically from your device language, with metric or imperial units as you prefer.
Do I need an internet connection?
For logging assessments and browsing your history the app works from a local cache and syncs when the connection returns. The artificial intelligence features need a connection, because the processing happens on our servers.
