Advertising and Cookie Policy

1. Where we stand: no third-party ads

The EvoluaFit app does not display third-party ads. There is no ad network SDK in the app, no banner, no rewarded video, and none of your data is sent to advertising platforms for targeting.

This website has no ads either, no cross-site tracking cookies and no social network pixels.

2. How EvoluaFit pays for itself

By subscription. The Premium plan pays for infrastructure, AI processing and development. It is a simple model, chosen on purpose: when the revenue comes from the people using the product, the product works for them. We have no incentive to collect more data than necessary.

3. EvoluaFit's own communications

We talk to you through three channels, and you control all of them:

• Device notifications: assessment reminders, treatment alerts and news. Configurable in the app and revocable in your system settings.
• Operational emails: account confirmation, password resets, security alerts and policy changes. They are part of the service and have no unsubscribe, because you need to receive them.
• Promotional emails: only with your opt-in, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

Inside the app we may promote our own features — for example, a screen presenting Premium or the referral programme. That is product communication, done without any advertising profiling: the screen is the same for everyone and does not depend on your health data.

4. Referral programme

When you share your referral code, you are promoting EvoluaFit on your own. We only record the link between who referred and who joined, in order to credit the benefit. We neither receive nor process the list of contacts you shared it with. Full rules are in the Terms of Use.

5. If advertising ever appears

We have no plan to put ads in. But if that changes, these commitments apply from now on and will be kept:

• Never target using health data. Weight, measurements, body fat percentage, photos, treatments, symptoms and AI results will never be used as an advertising criterion, nor sent to advertising platforms.
• Never share your images. Photos and videos will never go to advertisers, under any circumstances.
• No sale of personal data to data brokers or ad networks.
• Always with prior notice and an update to this policy before anything runs.
• Always with an ad-free alternative through the subscription, and with an opt-out of personalisation for anyone on the free plan.
• Never to people under 18.

6. Partners and affiliate links

Some educational screens — such as the whey protein value-for-money calculator — may mention products or categories for comparison. If we ever start using affiliate links, that will be clearly identified on the screen itself. Editorial recommendation will never be for sale: no partner buys placement, display order or prominence in EvoluaFit content.

7. Cookies and storage on this site

This site is static and uses the bare minimum. Nothing here tracks you across sites, which is why we show no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to beyond the strictly necessary.

To block or erase that storage, use your browser settings. Informational pages work normally without it; the sign-in and account deletion pages, by nature, need to keep the session.

8. Measurement inside the app

In the app we use usage analytics and diagnostics tools to understand which features are used and where the interface gets stuck. The purpose is improving the product, not advertising. Who the providers are, what is collected and on what legal basis is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
